We're sorry. Email hello@finefoams.com.au with your order number and one or two photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with either a replacement at no cost or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If we need the item back, we'll cover the return label.
A note on muslin
Muslin's open weave is what makes it breathable, and the trade-off is that it can snag on rough surfaces, pet claws or zips more easily than a tight weave. A stray loose thread can usually be trimmed. Light pilling and a crinkled feel in the first few washes are normal and settle down. Loose stitching, threads coming away, holes or damage after normal use are not normal, and we'll replace or refund.
Colour not as expected
Snow White is a clean, pure white. If an item arrives cream-tinted, or the free pillowcases don't match your blanket, send us a photo and we'll arrange a swap.
