What is your returns policy?
At Fine Foams, we are 100% committed to making you happy. All our products have a 100-day trial, which starts upon receiving your order.
If you do not fall in love with the order, you may return it for a full refund. Just email us at hello@finefoams.com.au within 100 days of receiving your order, and we will organise your full refund.
Our policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "as new condition" with original packaging and free from stains, damage and pet hair. If your returned item is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason upon inspection, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct a fee from the refund amount to compensate for the defect.
Upon initiating the return process, kindly ensure that the returned item(s) are sent within 14 days. Please be aware that the return label will expire after 14 days, and we may not be able to accept returns beyond this period. If it becomes necessary to send the return item(s) after the specified time frame, please note that you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
If you request a refund for a bundled item or post-purchase offers item, the special discounted pricing will no longer apply. The items you retain will be priced at the sale price during the time of purchase, and the difference will be refunded to you.
All item(s) purchased during our Final Clearance Sale are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason unless they are faulty.
International Orders & Returns
For international orders, the same 100-day return policy applies.
However, please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for international returns. Returned items must be shipped back to our Australian warehouse, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Fine Foams cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Each order is hand-checked and packed by a member of Team Fine Foams before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to confirm your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.
If you discover a fault with the item(s) you received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us immediately.
Refunds
Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. Once you receive the refund email confirmation, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes longer than this, we recommend contacting your bank or merchant (e.g. Afterpay, Klarna) directly. Please note that any shipping fees paid are not refundable.
