Everything we sell is covered by the 100-Night Trial. Sleep under it for up to 100 nights from delivery. If it isn't right, we'll give you a full refund or swap the colour or size for free.
The terms
- 100 nights from the delivery date, storewide (blankets, sheets and pillowcases).
- Items returned in as-new condition with their original packaging.
- Return postage is free within Australia: we email you a prepaid Australia Post label. New Zealand customers pay return postage.
- The free pillowcase gift comes back with a refunded blanket.
- Express shipping fees are not refundable.
How to return or exchange
- Email hello@finefoams.com.au with your order number, the item(s), and whether you'd like a refund or a swap (and which size or colour).
- We email your prepaid return label. There's no address to write on the parcel; the label carries it.
- Pack the item in its packaging, attach the label and drop it at any post office.
- Once it's lodged, we process your refund or dispatch your replacement.
Exchanges and price differences
Every colour of a product is the same price, so a colour swap costs nothing. A size swap carries the price difference, which we invoice or refund before the replacement ships.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 3 to 5 business days of processing. Afterpay refunds show in the Afterpay app and adjust any remaining instalments; PayPal refunds show in your PayPal balance.
