Some colours and sizes sell out between shipments. When that happens, the product page shows a pre-order option for the colour and size you select, with the expected dispatch date, and the button reads Pre-order instead of Add to Cart.
- Pre-orders are charged at checkout and reserve your item from the next shipment.
- The expected dispatch date is the one shown on the product page when you select a colour on pre-order. If it changes, we will let you know.
- As soon as stock lands at our Sydney warehouse, pre-orders are packed in the order they were placed.
- You'll get a tracking email the moment yours ships, and your 100-Night Trial starts on delivery.
If the date has passed
Email hello@finefoams.com.au with your order number, and we'll check on it straight away.
If you'd rather not wait
You can switch to a colour or size that is not on pre-order, or cancel for a full refund, at any time before dispatch. Just let us know.
